Ukraine: Webinar on "Assessment of the Local Budgets' Creditworthiness"

On February 17, 2021, from 14:00 to 15:00 (Kyiv time), a webinar on "Assessment of the Local Budgets' Creditworthiness" was held.

During the webinar, the following issues were discussed:

• legal and financial aspects for attracting external financing from IFIs;
• borrowing to the budget and guarantees: difference and specificity;
• how to increase the ability of the local budget to attract external financing;
• requirements of the Ministry for documents on the coordination of attracting external financing or providing guarantees.
