The city of Dubno, Ukraine recently hosted a Sustainable Energy Week. The week focused on the sustainable use of energy resources and use of modern technology for ensuring energy savings, as well as the increasing of energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources.

In addition to informational activities, a drawing competition was organised in which children were asked to illustrate energy efficiency and environmental topics. The libraries of schools in Dubno also organised exhibitions featuring environmentally friendly technologies and resources.
