The EU project ‘Covenant of Mayors East’ will hold an online meeting on internal municipal capacity to develop and manage energy and climate projects at community level.
The event will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, monetary financial institutions and institutions that provide technical support, managers of ‘Covenant of Mayors’ projects in different Ukrainian cities and supporter associations.
The participants will discuss the main barriers to attracting external financing both nationally and locally, project implementation groups, practices and recommendations for improvement and opportunities for cooperation with microfinance organisations.
The meeting will take place on 4 December, from 10:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. Kyiv time. Interested participants can join the meeting via Zoom by using the code 580506.
