The winner of the #EU4Energy photo competition “The future of energy” is Hrant Sahakyan from Armenia with his stunning picture of solar panels in the mountains.
More than 130 people from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine submitted photos during the EU Sustainable Energy Week for the #EU4Energy photo competition. The contest asked for visual examples of how the future of energy might look with entries competing for a number of prizes, including the top prize of an electric scooter.
A jury selected a shortlist of 30 photos, with the winners chosen by public vote. You can have a look at Hrant’s winning picture and those of the other finalists on our Flickr account.
The #EU4Energy photo competition was organised by the EU4Energy communications project as part of the EU Sustainable Energy Week between 17th and 21st June and was financed by the European Union.
