The sustainable energy fair #IarmarEco2019 was organised on 14–15 September in the Moldovan capital of Chisinau. Visitors to the fair were able to learn about energy-efficient technologies and green energy sources, as well as opportunities for social entrepreneurship in these fields.
The EU-supported Covenant of Mayors East project also had an informational stand at the fair to explain the benefits of energy efficiency.
Additionally, a farmers market of ecological and bio produce was organised as part of the festival. The event was organised by the Alliance for Energy Efficiency and Renewables of Moldova.
