In 2019, Ukraine, which is a CoM leader in the Eastern Partnership region, celebrated 10 years of the Covenant in the country. The ninth issue is dedicated to the experience and achievements of Ukrainian municipalities within the initiative that changed the energy profile of Europe and the attitude of its citizens towards energy and climate.
