If you subscribe to news about the EU’s Eastern Neighbours, this is the last alert about the East that you will receive from the www.euneighbours.eu domain. From today, the EU NEIGHBOURS east programme has moved to a new website – www.euneighbourseast.eu – a dedicated online platform providing a one-stop-shop for everything you need to know about cooperation and relations between the European Union and its six Eastern partners – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. The next alert you receive will come from this new site.

The new EU NEIGHBOURS east website is a clear and intuitive platform delivering the latest news, feature stories, opportunities, facts and background information, while providing a comprehensive database of all the projects funded by the EU in the Eastern Partnership region. It also highlights the network of Young European Ambassadors and their actions across the partner countries.

The website is part of the four-year EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood (2020-2024), which aims to enhance strategic communication actions, improve public understanding of the European Union and its policies, and build resilience against disinformation in the EU and its Eastern Neighbourhood.

There is nothing you need to do, and you will continue to receive the alerts to which you have subscribed without interruption. If you no longer wish to receive these alerts, you can opt out or change your preferences from the new link you will receive with the first alert from the new site. The data privacy policy that you agreed to when signing up will remain valid under the new system.

If you are also subscribed for news from the EU’s Southern Neighbourhood, this will continue as normal from the www.euneighbours.eu website.
