Ukraine: participation of CoM East National Expert in Sustainable Energy Week in Odessa

Within the framework of the Sustainable Energy Week, the CoM East National Expert, Oksana Kysil, will meet with representatives of 11 cities-signatories from the Odessa region. During the meeting there will be discussed issues related to the development, implementation of Action Plan of Sustainable Energy Development and Climate (SECAP), financial mechanisms for the implementation of the SECAP and other activities related to energy and resource efficiency, adaptation to climate change.
