On 21 February, Energy Community Secretariat experts presented the results of an extensive legal analysis of the current regulatory framework of Ukraine, with a view to enabling the full transposition of Regulation EU 347/2013.
This assistance is provided within the framework of the EU4Energy Governance project. The overall objective of the project is to assist Ukraine with the transposition of Regulation EU 347/2013, which aims to facilitate investments in energy infrastructure and achieve the Energy Community’s energy and environment policy objectives.
