Being more energy efficient can be simple if you listen to our #EU4Energy Babushka! From 13th to 25rd of March, our Babushka will share valuable tips and tricks about how to save energy and money by being more energy efficient. And she wants you to share any advice you have on how to consume less energy.

Join the #EU4Energy Babushka challenge and share your own tips on our social media channels. You have a chance to win one of 10 prizes, including the main prize - a virtual reality headset!

Who can participate?

The challenge is open to citizens over the age of 18 from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.

How to participate?

The challenge is running on the Facebook, Instagram and Vkontakte accounts of EU Neighbours east. To participate be sure to:

1. Follow EU Neighbours east on Facebook, Instagram and Vkontakte;
2. Wait for the Babushka tips to be published on 15th, 17th, 19th and 21th of March;
3. Post your own energy efficiency tips and tricks in the comments section underneath each Babushka tip. It can be something you learned at school, work, or at home, or picked up from a book, a friend or parent. Any piece of advice or tip that proved to be efficient for consuming less energy. Only text comments of up to 30 words are accepted (no GIFS, images, or videos).

Share you tip and you will be entered into a lottery and could be lucky and win a prize.

What are the prizes?

A first prize of a virtual reality headset will be awarded with a further 9 runner up prizes available. The prizes will be awarded based on a random selection. This #EU4Energy competition is organised by the EU4Energy communication project, financed by the European Union.
