Belgorod-Dnestrovsky and Izmail (Odessa region) became the first Ukrainian cities that developed the SE(C)AP up to 2030, taking into account the updated requirements. For these cities, the SE(C)AP has already become an official document approved by the city council, which strives to formulate a rational policy in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving.
