The EU, the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine and the International Finance Corporation have developed practical guidelines for homeowner associations to continue their participation in the ‘Energodim’ programme, which is implemented by the Energy Efficiency Fund.
The guidelines will help heads of homeowner associations to continue their activities and hold safe meetings with neighbours during the COVID-19 outbreak.
During the coronavirus restrictions, the Energy Efficiency Fund will continue to receive and process applications from homeowner associations remotely, in line with the announced deadlines.
