On 28 February, the Energy Community Secretariat organised a training workshop on cross-border electricity balancing cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova.
As part of EU4Energy support to electricity market reform in the two countries, the workshop focused on the implementation of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 and the status of ongoing European projects for the exchange of balancing services.
The meeting also helped identify next steps for further regional cooperation and follow-up.
