Ukraine Recovery Programme
Ukraine Recovery Program is an agreement that was signed on December 9, 2020, and ratified on July 14, 2021. It envisages attracting 340 million euros to finance activities aimed at the implementation of projects to restore social infrastructure, housing and communal facilities in regions affected by the military conflict, as well as in those that have experienced great burden due to a significant influx of internally displaced persons.
Currently, the selection of projects is announced, the financing of which can be carried out at the expense of the appropriate subvention within the framework of the Ukraine Recovery Program.
Projects can be submitted by local self-government bodies, local executive bodies/executive bodies of village, settlement, and city councils of territorial communities.
The conditions for participation in the selection are:
- communal ownership of the object, for the financing of which the subvention is involved;
- co-financing from local budgets and other sources to cover the costs of paying taxes and fees, including value-added tax, currency conversion commissions, insurance, copyright supervision, etc.;
- the calendar plan for project implementation should be from 1 to 3 years;
Proposals for participation in the selection of projects with additional materials must be submitted by September 2, 2022, inclusive, by sending them officially through the system of electronic interaction of authorities.
