Ukraine: training on “SECAP Development as a guarantee of fulfillment of the commitments of the Covenant of Mayors”, 18-19/04/2019, Kyiv
EU Project “Covenant of Mayors – East” will hold in Kyiv from April 18 to April 19, 2019, a training course for city-signatories of the Covenant of Mayors on the theme: “SE(C)AP Development as a guarantee of fulfillment of the commitments of Covenant of Mayors”.
Representatives of the city-signatories will gather together at the conference hall “Budapest” at the Ibis Hotel to discuss the peculiarities of the development and implementation of the Action Plan on Sustainable Energy and Climate, to learn how to collect data for the development of a baseline emission inventory.
During practical classes in the group, participants will learn how to calculate CO2 emissions based on data on energy consumption, plan energy-efficient measures and measures to adapt to climate change, assess the vulnerability of their municipalities to climate change, monitor the implementation of the SE(C)AP.
