Ukraine, Vinnytsia: Eco-friendly city transport strategy

The City Transport Strategy for 2016-2029 aims to facilitate this growth and provide improved transit mobility. This strategy sets new key directions, policy targets and plans for the city. By 2029, the people of Vinnytsia will be serviced by a transport system that provides a high-quality, integrated, safe and sustainable service to the entire population.
As for today, the following projects have been implemented in the line of approved strategy:
- reconstruction of Kosmonavtiv avenue;
- “WinWay” tram;
- integrated ticket;
- the Cycling Development Program;
- public ECO buses.
