Bu xüsusi buraxılış Şərq Tərəfdaşlığı ölkələrində 2018-ci ildə Aİ-nin Dayanıqlı enerji həftəsinin qeyd olunmasına həsr edilmişdir. Ermənistan, Belarusiya, Gürcüstan, Moldova və Ukraynada yerli dövlət orqanları, özəl qurumlar və vətəndaş cəmiyyəti təşkilatları tərəfindən təşkil olunan çoxsaylı fəaliyyət və tədbirləri vurğulayır. Enerji günləri vətəndaşlar və müəssisələr arasında qabaqcıl enerji səmərəliliyi təcrübələrini təbliğ etmək, yenilikçi fikirlərə ilham vermək və iqlim dəyişikliyinin nəticələrinin aradan qaldırılması, enerji səmərəliliyi və enerji təhlükəsizliyinin artırılması istiqamətində Aİ hədəflərinə çatmaq üçün səyləri birləşdirmək məqsədi daşıyırdı.

Within the framework of the EU Sustainable Energy Week, Zasullia Village Council won a certificate, which allowed them to purchase the seedlings of ornamental trees in the amount of over 7 thousand UAH and plant it.

In July, a competition for the title of "Energy management Star" was held within the framework of the European Sustainable Energy Week with the participation of the energy efficiency sector of the management of housing and communal services, improvement and ecology of the Ternopil City Council.

As part of the program of study visits within the framework of "City to City" concept of the "Covenant of Mayors - East" project, representatives of the energy teams of seven Ukrainian cities-signatories of the Covenant of Mayors gathered in Zhytomyr on September 2-4, 2020.

On 27-28th February 2020 the two-day communications workshop 'Advancing the Covenant of Mayors in the Eastern Partnership' will be held in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

On October 16, 2019 participants of Joint Steering Committee Meeting of Sustainable Urban Demonstration Projects - Support Mechanism (CoM DeP) and Covenant of Mayors East (CoM East) visited Business Accelerator "Spark, which was established by CoM signatory Tbilisi City Hall in partnership with the Georgian Employers' Association and within the framework of the EU Initiative ‘Mayors for Economic Growth’ (M4EG).

Today, October 15, 2019, Tbilisi (Georgia) hosted the Joint Steering Committee meeting of the two projects under the Covenant of Mayors initiative – Covenants of Mayors East (CoM East) and Covenants of Mayors – Demonstration Projects (CoM-DeP).
